Dear Ignite Conference attendee

 

Thank you for registering for the Ignite conference; a very warm welcome to you. The 2012 Ignite program promises to be incredible. We know you will walk away inspired, activated and ready to take your business to the next level.

The following gives details of start times, the venue, transport options, parking, what to bring and meals.

Registration

 

Registration is at 8.30am for a 9 am start. Upon registration you will be given the Workbook.

 

Venue and Location

Upstairs Conference Room, The Chatswood Club, 11 Help St, Chatswood 2067. Ph 9419 5481.

 

Transport options.

 

Driving by Car:  Parking is available for all conference attendees at a cost of $15 per day. You can access the underground parking from behind the venue via McIntosh street. When you arrive call the manager Peter on 9419 5481 and he will swipe you through. Prior to collecting your car, please pay at the bar on the restaurant level.  If you are driving from the airport allow 1 hour if you are travelling during peak hour or 45 minutes if outside of peak hour. There is a toll charge also. Refer the map for more information.

 

Arriving by train: This maybe the best travel option if you are arriving from out of town and will cost approximately $15 if coming from the airport – one way. Take the Northern Line. The train station is literally around the corner from the venue.  From the city, the trip takes approximately 20 minutes.

 

 

 

 

Meals and refreshments

 

We will provide tea and coffee and biscuits for break times. Lunch is not provided in the price of the ticket however the Chatswood Club is surrounded by cafes and fantastic restaurants. There is also a 3 star restaurant at the venue with the price of main meals ranging from $12- $20.

 

What to Bring
